Governance Structure
EXIM Bank’s overall governance structure is provided in the chart above. The structure is such that it facilitates effective and prudent management that assists the Bank in reaching its long-term objectives in a transparent manner. The governance structure ensures control over the Bank’s operations, commercial market-oriented business management and the involvement and buy-in of all relevant stakeholders with oversight and reporting requirements to not only the regulator and shareholder but also to the Parliament.
