FOR COMPLAINTS SUBMISSION THROUGH SBP’S SUNWAI:
SUNWAI is a platform launched by SBP to act as a centralized portal for General Banking & Roshan Digital Account related complaint submission. Operating as a single window complaint lodgment system, SUNWAI allows customers to lodge complaints against any bank through it. The complaints, responses and turn-around-times are supervised by the SBP to ensure timely and fair treatment of customer complaints resulting in an improved banking experience.
SUNWAI can be accessed through web browsers and mobiles applications available for both iOS and Android operating systems.
