Mr. Irfan Bukhari

Mr. Irfan started his career as a commercial banker in Pakistan some 37 years back, much involved in trade and corporate finance. He attended Queens University in Canada and obtained an M.B.A. and thereafter worked with EXIM Canada (EDC). Later he joined the IsDB Group, in 2000, undertaking ground-breaking infrastructure projects in Asia, Africa and Middle East, contributing to designing counter-cyclical arrangements/measures during the Arab Spring and Financial Crisis.

Since September, 2020, Irfan has been leading EXIM Bank of Pakistan as C.E.O. & President.
