Bilal holds an M.B.A. in Banking & Finance from University of the Punjab, besides being J.A.I.B.P., F.C.C.A., A.S.A.-C.P.A. and a C.F.A.-Level III Candidate. His career spans over 16 years with more than a decade with MCB Bank; one of the leading banks in Pakistan. He has previously served as Head Risk Management at the state-owned Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd. as his last assignment before joining EXIM, with Pakistan Microfinance Investment Company.
He has diverse experience in the areas of Operations, Lending, Treasury and Product Development. His skills include Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Model Development, Stress Testing, Risk Analytics, Basel Implementation, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Market & Liquidity Risk and Compliance Risk.
