Arif Ullah is a highly accomplished and results-driven H.R. professional bringing over 16 years of progressive experience to our leadership team. His educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in management sciences with specialisation in H.R.M. He is an international certified Human Recourse professional with multiple H.R. certifications as well as Banking certifications from Institute of Bankers Pakistan. These qualifications underscore his deep understanding and commitment to best practices in human resource management.
Prior to joining EXIM Bank, Arif garnered extensive experience across diverse and impactful roles, notably at The Bank of Khyber and Habib Bank Limited. His Key H.R. expertise are Organisational Development and Excellence, Strategic H.R. Planning, Performance Management, H.R. Policy Making and Talent Management & Development.
