EXIM Bank as a Government owned Development Finance Institute practices a zero-tolerance approach towards unlawful conduct, misconduct, misuse of resources & power, etc. While our internal controls and watchful eyes are active to counter such instances, complaints by Whistleblowers are treated with the utmost seriousness and the complainant(s) facilitated to every possible extent.

WHISTLEBLOWING AGAINST THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS:

In extreme cases if the designated officials stipulated in this policy are thought to be complicit in the alleged misconduct, whistleblowers can report it directly to the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee through mail addressed as follows:
